Hey bestie! My name is Cat! I’m a Nashville native who has been a licensed esthetician for over 4 years. I have serviced over 3,000 individual clients in Tennessee over my career and love adding more to the books! I love what I do and building lasting, meaningful relationships with everyone gracious enough to trust me with their appearance. My goal to help people feel comfortable in their skin and look as beautiful on the outside as I know they are on the inside in a welcoming, judgement-free, and educational environment. Cancellation Policy
Things come up out of our control and sometimes we can’t make it to our scheduled appointments. We kindly ask that you give a 24 hour cancellation notice so that there is time to fill that missed appointment. Appointment confirmation emails and texts will be sent out 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment to allow plenty of time to reach out to cancel or reschedule if need be.
Everyone will be given a one-time courtesy late cancel where the 50% retainer will be credited to your rescheduled appointment. The same also applies to any cancellations outside that 24 hour window.
After the one-time courtesy, if you have to cancel within that 24 hour window the 50% retainer is forfeited and you must pay the deposit to book again.
No call no shows automatically forfeit the 50% retainer, no exceptions.
If I have to cancel or reschedule our session, the deposit will apply towards the rescheduled appointment or you can choose for your deposit to be refunded in full.
